I’m posting and it’s a Sunday, WHAT! If you guys keep up to date with me, you will have noticed that on the rare occasion I add an extra post into the week which always pops up on a sweet Sunday. Why? Because sometimes I just have incredible things to share with you or it is a special post which means a lot to me and I can’t wait to share it.
Today I have an event to share with you guys and it by possible the the best blogging event I have been to! On Thursday I was kindly invited along to Manchester to attend the MyBag.Com event in the Alchemist New York Street (location was too cool). This event was just beautiful and I’m not just talking about the dreamy handbags. It was so relaxed and cool and put together by such a beaut team of women. The event itself had an incredible atmosphere of cocktail making, laughs and gossips on that lovely Lulu Guinness bag we were all eyeing up.
Apart from drinking the bar dry I got to have play with these handbags checking them out seeing all the details close up! From fitting my laptop in to the large handbags to squeezing my lippy into the clutches, it was a fun filled event of me drooling over everything insight including the amazing blogger babes I met. MyBag.Com sells only the best handbags out there from the quirky Karl Lagerfeld’s to the classic Cambridge Satchel Company. They stock every bag you need for every occasion because cmon you can’t just have one handbag, a girl like me needs options.
The selection of bags the team displayed where just the most incredible powder pinks, power pinks and of course some super cute pretty pinks. Pink so far for this season has been everywhere so don’t worry MyBag.com will always keep you up to date on styles and seasons. I can’t say that I had a favourite bag because I’d be lying because they were all my favourites! But if I was narrowing it down I’d have to say the Lulu Guinness Powder Coated Lips Clutch, because this bag is so different from any other styles on the market it is the first and original design. Plus I’m a huge fan of Lulu’s collections. I also was head of heels in love with the Karl Lagerfeld K/Kocktail Choupette Shopper Bag, purely for the cat face on it, we all know a crazy cat lady and it was me at this event.
Not only was I ecstatic to go to this incredible event and completely over whelmed I was invited by the lovely Lily. I cried the whole way home on the train because the goody bag was just much more than I ever expected! I near screamed in the station when I discovered a Ted Baker Cross Body bag, not only was I blew away with words I felt so much love by such an incredible brand I had fan girled over for such a long time. Now this wasn’t all for the goody bag, it was filled to the brim with incredible gifts! From hair growth serums from Grow Gorgeous, ‘Boob Tube’ which ladies I’ll link for you and you just thank me later, The Konjac Sponges co – new way to wake up your complexion, Hot Cloth Cleaner and much more. There where two other items in the goody bag which again I screamed at stud in the middle of Manchester Piccadilly! They are luggage tags from Aspinal of London (perfect for New York – thanks guys) and a Karl Lagerfeld book containing a glamorous shoot of all his new handbags. This book literally is like going to get me a first at university, for me and my course the guys at MyBag.com have no idea how much this helps me with achieving my own target of a first. Huge thank you for this and all the incredible goodies I can’t wait to try!
Wanted to just add a huge huge thank you to the amazing team at the event and a big well done for all the hard work you put into this event it was incredible and by far the best event I’ve been to, can’t wait for the next one. Also a thank you to the team at the alchemist on working with me who has realised bar tending isn’t my forte, lol.
