When You Are Feeling Blue

Sometimes we just feel like sh*t, and we really can’t help it. I’m sure well all had those days were we want to hide right under the covers, eat a jar of nutella and watch films like 10 Things I Hate About You and Dirty Dancing. I know I do anyway. But there are little things we can do to brighten up the day. Here is a list of a few things I like to do to feel a bit better;

1. Listen to music

2. Bake a cake and eat that lol

3. Write a short story or keep a diary

4. Watch the best films

5. Try work out we all feel good after a work

6. Learn something new from a tutorial

7. Surround yourself with good people

8. Talk a long walk to a beautiful park

9. Get crafty

10. Read a book
