Orange Fur Coat

Welcome back to Bitchin'Blonde on this rainy Friday evening. Now I know this weather sends chills down you spine but this outfit of the day will hopefully make you feel snuggly and warm. Today I want to show you guys 'What I Wear To Uni'. Being a student, I over the past 2 and a half years have been writing about uni, my experience with it and giving you guys some tips and tricks along the way. The only thing I thought I hadn't done was to show you guys what I actually wear. Now I don't always make the most effort nor do I fit the image of what I thought a fashion student was prior to becoming one. I'm more of a get up early and tweek my essays, finish my sketchbook than put a full face on which would melt off with the amount sweat caused by final year. Gross I know. But on the rare occasion I might feel fancy or get up extra early and actually think about my outfit for a change instead of finding the least creased item in my wardrobe.
Now I think university and comfy clothes just go hand in hand. No-one, especially me wants to be sat in a lecture with super tight jeans on giving you a wedgie. Nor do I want to be spending my day running around in heeled boots. I know my favourite style of shoe of course is a heeled boots but not for uni. I run up and down stairs all day that it is just a health hazard for me. I much prefer to wear some kick flares/mom jeans and trainers. My black jeans only ever see daylight when I'm in uni. These ones pictured I picked up on Depop so sadly they are second hand but I'll find some similar ones and link them below. I think these are my perfect black jeans as they are actually a size bigger than what I would normally buy so they are extra roomy and comfortable.
Effortless. thats the key here and what jeans don't go with a graphic t-shirts or a band tee. Jeans and a t-shirt in my book ALWAYS looks good and you've made next to no effort in doing so. For me I paired my jeans with a vintage Harley Davidson t-shirt I picked up in a vintage shop in Liverpool. Again this item is oversized but it's versatile, it looks hot as a dress and cute tied up with is how I style it for uni.
Despite heeled boots being my go to shoe. I also really love trainers. Recently over the past year my boyfriend Alex has been getting me into them more and more, he's a major 'sneaker head' and it has started to rub off on me. With this outfit I paired a little jazzy shoe, my checkerboard slip on Vans. Me and these shoes have had such a romance. From getting my first pair back when I was I think 10/11, hitting the love hate stage and then returning back to the love story 10 years later. These are my go to comfy trainers.
Tangerine Dream. Yes this coat steals all the glory with this outfit of the day look and how could you not let it I am wearing a bright orange faux fur coat. This beauty I seen on the Next PR Instagram page and I stalked the 'New In' on their site for weeks till I finally spotted it. It is crazy bright and if you showed me this 2 years ago I would of probably cringe but recently I am falling in love with colours and textures. I had this super weird monochrome phase were I thought 'all black everything' was cool but now I want some colour wether it be a red lip or this funky jacket. PS, it is the softest faux fur I've ever felt and kind of makes my other fur coats feel a little crappier in quality. So if you want to look like the orange emoji I will leave a link where you can pick this up!
