What's In My (University) Bag

Hello, it's me. I'm back this week with a good old fashion 'What's In My Bag' post but this one is a little different and it is going to be what I will be carrying in my uni back when I go back in just under two weeks. I know scary right, I honestly feel like a lonely lost child but I am actually about to head into third year, write a dissertation and graduate all next year.

So let's start with the obvious, the bag. This bag is a brand new one which I was very kindly gifted by the team at Scaramanga! Of course it is black because what other colour bag would I really get? It an amazing tote with great thick straps so I know it will be able to take a lot of weight, by that I don't mean my books I mean the by the amount of food I take with me to university lol. It really roomy being a tote so it is great for my taller sketchbooks and laptop can fit perfectly but still kind of be hidden because the bag is really deep. One thing I really love about this tote is the fact that it has these storage pockets on the side which kinda reminds me of a back pack. Places for me to store my uni badge, pens, snacks etc. I really love this bag and I think it will be the perfect partner for my uni days.

Now what else to I carry in my university bag, well here is my check list incase any of you guys are new students and wondering what you might need, or just regular third years or not even students and you're just nosey. Also I will note my bags a little specific to my course which is fashion communication!
1. Laptop and charger (ALWAYS)
2. Pencil case similar to what you had in year 7, so basically everything
3. USB and a back up one
4. My daily journal
5.Books for my classes of that day
6. Current project work
7. Sketchbook
8. I carry my camera on most days also
9. Water and snacks
10. Headphones for when I need to zone out and crack on
11. Of course phone and charger
12. Magazines that I might need for class
13. University ID card (literally if I forget it I may as well go back to bed)
13.
Bus pass
14. Travel flask (for tea of course)

Now that is pretty much everything, I do have to say that when I am mid way through project my bag starts to fill up of what I like to call 'sketchbook pieces' so bits of paper with fonts I like or colour swatches and even material swatches it is honestly a fashion students nightmare when you can't find the right pantone colour!

Thanks for joining me today guys I hoped you liked my post and remember to pop back next Friday for another one!
