Love Thy Neighbour | Review

Somewhere in-between crying over deadlines and shooting for my portfolio I have managed to take a little trip to a new very aesthetically pleasing restaurant in Liverpool city centre. It goes by the name of Love Thy Neighbour and it made me love my food baby! I was full to the brim after of chickpeas and halloumi and it was all so worth it. Me and Alex visited for a lunch time pit stop and we weren't disappointed by the view inside it is honestly just how you want your home to be like, if you haven't seen it or it's incredible street art (NeilKeating Work) outside all over instagram then you need to check it out. Made homey with all of the cushions and friendly staff we enjoyed our little pit stop staring out onto a very busy bold street yet inside Love Thy neighbour was a peaceful atmosphere of old friends catching up.
We sat down to explore the menu and see what treats we could stuff ourselves with. We both opted for a smoothie, Alex picked an incredible one filled with all different berries and I chose a matcha tea smoothie, now I liked mine but I loved Ali's one just a tad more he seems to have it down when it comes to choosing smoothies. If I was so go back I'd either go for the berries or I'd try a smoothie bowl as I've heard they are incredible. We then plated up to have a chicken salad which came with the best sweet potato wedges I've ever had, of course this was Alex's meat choice so I could only try what was veggie. However, he seemed to like it as he ate everything! I then had a chickpea flatbread accompanied with A TON of halloumi and hummus, of course I'm a veggie gal through and through. Which makes LTN my spot they have a ton of vegetarian options so it'll now always be a place for me!

I wish we had ordered more food so I could give you a full menu rundown but sadly it was a short yet sweet stop off to grab bite to eat, so if you're hungry and looking for something different, healthy and somewhere to relax I'd say check this out. If you do let me know what you get because I'm hungry for more...
