A Motivational Monday

We know we've all been there when our alarm goes off Monday morning and we can't face getting out of bed. Or even those Sunday nights when digging into your take away and you find yourself moping about the Monday to come. But in reality what makes Monday different from any other day of the week, apart from Friday because it's FriYAY. Most of us think Monday is the worst day because it means going back to your job or school, or it makes us feel like we are so far away from that lazy weekend we long for. Well I think this is the worst way to think. If you start off with a negative attitude it will only progress and prolong the time you're spending that Monday. So here is what I plan to do this Monday and you may even decide to do these things too.

1. This Monday I'm going to wake up and extra 15 minutes before I set my alarm just so I can get a head start on doing my eyeliner..
2. I plan to tell someone the compliment I'm thinking. When you think someone looks pretty or they are wearing a cool top. Tell them. Not only will it make them happy it'll make you happy knowing they are smiling. 
3. Get myself out the house and to a coffee shop to work hard on my blog  and youtube channel. Sometimes I get really distracted in my house by my cat, lol. 
4. Try and stay away from the sugar and junk food. Eating healthy always improves my mood as it just makes me feel good on the inside.
5. After my early Monday morning start I'm going to get back to the gym after moving jobs and festivals I've neglected my member ship and I need to get back to it. I might even do some yoga in the afternoon...

I'm sure you'll be reading this Monday the the 1st of August, it's the start of a new month and it's a wonder Monday. Make this the best Monday you've had. Life is wonderful and we are all so lucky to be given a life on this incredible earth, tell someone you love them and keep smiling.

  1. I absolutely loved this post even on this 'blue' Monday. But when you think about it, Monday's are a new start to a new week and we should most definitely start them on a positive note!
