Guide To Festival Makeup

While you are reading this I will be on a coach probably sleep covered head to tow in mud on my way back from the glorious Glastonbury Festival. In preparation for going I had to empty out my makeup bag a few times in order to have the right amount of products I needed and would use. I've got the perfect face narrowed down to a T so I thought I would share it all with you for some light packing essentials in the beauty department.
Face: You Need a long lasting base so I've recently picked up this LOreal Infallible Matte Foundation, not properly tried it but the recommendations keep me in high hopes. For concealer I have my trusty Revlon Colour Stay Concealer for covering top those pesky blemishes, then I have my ride or die NYX Concealer Wand! If you haven't tried you really should (I love it more than Nars, shh). Face powder I need to keep my oily face at bay! I picked up this NYX Studio Finishing Powder in Translucent  the same time as the foundation so both are in trial. Then of course a festival makeup wouldn't be complete without a heavenly highlighter, here I'm wearing a discontinued KIKO one and some MAC Vanilla Pigment  over the top for a more dramatic look.
Eyes: Eyes I've kinda just stuck to what I know and I've used reds and oranges, I like to your orange on the top but liner my under eye with NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Rust, for that grunge look. I then  of course still wear eyeliner and my eyes can look pretty tiny with out, then to top off a ton of mascara! and something bright for my inner corner like a nice copper or gold.
Lips: Now for lips we wanna keep them moisturised but long lasting, I'm in the middle of testing out NYX Matte Lipsticks in Butter, so far so good. Their Matte lipsticks look matte but have a really creamy moister consistence on the lips so I think they are kinda the perfect for festival goers but also just super long work days.
